The short version
This site sets no analytics or marketing cookies until you say yes. Two small values live in your browser's local storage regardless, because the site cannot work politely without them.

Only after consent
If you choose "Allow analytics", the configured analytics provider (such as Google Analytics via Tag Manager, or Plausible) loads and may set its own cookies to measure aggregate usage. If you choose "Essential only", nothing loads, and the site works identically.
Third-party services on specific pages
Form pages use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection when you interact with a form; Turnstile may set a functional cookie to complete its check. This is a security function, not tracking.
Changing your choice
